Portland Community College Foundation $320,000 Matching Donation

The Portland Community College Foundation, which offers scholarships to PCC students, needs to raise an additional $55,000 by the end of March to receive a $320,000 matching grant.



The matching grants are offered by the James F. and Marion L. Miller Foundation and over the past two years the PCC Foundation raised $320,000 privately to receive the matching gift. This is the last year PCC will have to secure such funding to offer more scholarships. Since the challenge began three years ago, the foundation has been able to raise enough money to fund more than 400 additional scholarships. It is roughly $55,000 away from reaching the goal.
